how long will it take to get my order?

ren6 items are all handmade. Shipping time depends on current volume of orders. At this time orders are expected to ship within 4-6 weeks, custom orders are expected to ship within 6-8 weeks. 

what are my clothes made out of?

Your unique ren6 clothes are made out of 100% well selected vintage garments and recycled dead stock or leftover materials.

where do the vintage and dead stock materials come from?

The vintage garments come from second hand distributors local to the artisans who make our products and non-profits like FabScrap! 

how do I wash ren6?

Hand wash and air dry.

Whats the impact I am having by purchasing a ren6 product?

For every piece of ren6 purchase, roughly one pound of fabric waste is kept from a landfill.

what is your return policy?

Orders are processed Mon-Fri 10:00am-6:00pm EST.

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective items. Merchandise must be in its original condition (including packaging) and post-marked within 14 days of receipt of purchase. All sales of custom merchandise are final. what are the shipping options?

Standard domestic shipping is a flat rate of $10 USD.

do you offer international shipping?

Yes we ship internationally. The rate for international shipping is $65 USD.

do you cover duties/tax for international shipments?

All international orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance. Should you need more information prior to purchase please contact sales@ren6nyc.net

do you cover lost or stolen packages?

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package does go missing, please notify us immediately at sales@ren6nyc.net so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
